We provide traditional investment banking services through our wholly-owned broker dealer subsidiary, 2nd Generation Financial, which is registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Debt & Equity Placements

Our services include securing financial resources for client firms.  Typical financing assignments include growth capital, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, management buy-outs and debt restructurings.  We seek the most efficient mix of debt and equity instruments and advise our clients throughout the financing process.  We act as an active participant in arranging and negotiating the transaction, not just a referral source. We have arranged debt & equity placements ranging from $500,000 to over $ 30 million.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Our principals have served successfully in the role of advisor, negotiator, and agent for buyers and sellers in private company transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $ 70 million.   We have also advised or arranged the sale of intellectual property portfolios in transactions valued from $12 million to over $1.35 billion.
