Valuation
Our principals are trained valuation experts, certified by the AICPA and NACVA. We have significant expertise in transaction and/or investment related valuations, including fairness opinions for both private and public companies and ESOPs. 2ndG has also developed a national reputation for valuations related to Intellectual Property.
Litigation Support
Our members have extensive litigation consulting and expert witness experience. We have testified in multiple jurisdictions before state and federal courts, appellate courts, regulatory authorities, and alternative dispute resolution forums. These appearances have included specialty courts (such as bankruptcy and patent venues), and we have also served as court-appointed experts.
